I recently had the opportunity to try out these Magic Fork Pins – and they truly are “Magic”. Easy to grip, heat resistant, short, and fine – they are perfect for my piecing projects. I particularly like them for matching up seams where I am piecing two blocks together. Place the “times” of the Fork pin – on both sides of the stitching line – securing the center point of the matched seams together. Fabric Folding Pen

The Fabric Folding Pen from Clover has been a surprise (and a new favorite tool) for me. A fellow shop owner demoed it for me and I’m amazed at how well it works to get that fold out of the fabric that’s just come off the bolt. This pen erased the fold when the liquid is applied directly to it.
