Our first project was an 800 square foot condo that had a choppy railroad-style layout. We were able to reconfigure the existing closets and reclaim the original hallway to improve the floor plan. We refinished the hardwood floors, used shades of fresh white paint with gray contrast trim to give the space a cohesive feel, and updated the kitchen with gray cabinets and white subway tile and the bathroom with black and white flower hexagon tile for a chic, yet simple look.
