Dessert

Easy-to-make fantasy fudge recipe with semi-sweet chocolate, evaporated milk, sugar, butter, and marshmallow cream. Yield: Makes about 3 pounds of fudge. INGREDIENTS 3 cups granulated sugar 3/4 cup unsalted butter 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 lb semi-sweet chocolate, chips or block chocolate chopped up 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup chopped walnuts METHOD 1 Prepare everything in advance and have ready to go - chopped chocolate, chopped nuts, best to have marshmallow cream already out of the jar and in a bowl that you can easily scrape out with a rubber spatula. Line a 13"x9"x2" baking pan with foil, butter the inside (alternatively, line the pan with waxed paper). 2 In a 3-quart, thick-bottomed saucepan, bring sugar, butter, and milk to a rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly once the mixture begins to bubble. Once the mixture reaches a boil, set your timer to 4 minutes. You will want to remove the mixture from the heat once it reaches 234°F on a candy thermometer (234°F at sea-level, adjust for altitude) which should take about 4 minutes. If you don't have a candy thermometer, just go with the four minutes. 3 Remove from heat. Quickly stir in chocolate and marshmallow cream. Once those have melted and are well mixed, stir in the vanilla and then the walnuts. 4 Pour into prepared pan. 5 Cool to room temperature before slicing (about 4 hours). You may want to chill in the refrigerator to get it more firm.

I like these because they have a little divot in them. I'm just going to move this to the side real quick. So you're going to want to grab a large mixing bowl for this. And look what I have here. So this is some of my favorite. This is a strawberry pie filling. And this stuff always tastes so amazing especially for these dessert recipes. The flavor's just so consistent. And you know it's not too sweet. So that's a big plus for me. But this is my favorite thing to add. So this is a container of Cool Whip. Did set it out on the counter for like 10 minutes before. You just want to make sure that it's nice and defrosted. Cuz we just want that smoothie velvety consistency. Look at how easily it plops down. So you're just going to want to use a rubber spatula for this just to make sure to get all the edges. We don't want to leave any of this deliciousness left in the container. So once we have this, this is just going to be really easy. We're just going to mix this together until all the white is gone. This is going to be such a nice color. This is a perfect recipe for Valentine's Day. I'm actually making this for my plus one myself. So I'm super excited for this. So there we go. Just nice and easy. You can see that all of the cool whip got sucked up by the strawberry filling and we're just going to bring back in our awesome dessert cakes. And so you're going to want to grab an ice cream scoop for this and you're just going to get nice big scoops. So the ice cream scoop is perfect because you can see it fits right in the divot. Doesn't this look so amazing? The best thing about this dessert is that it's really simple and easy which are my favorite ones but it looks fantastic. So you're going to want to do a nice even scoop. This mixture should cover all of the dessert cakes. And you can see that the nice chunks of strawberry are popping out so that it's A plus. So you can see that we made the perfect mixture for this. So it is just one can of pie filling and one tub of coal whip. It is all so satisfying when you can use one container of everything and have the perfect amount. Oh my god. I'm a little bit impressed with myself. I think this looks so great. Okay so look at this. So this is a sparkling red gel that I picked up at the grocery store. Should be pretty easy to find this. This was like in the Valentine's Day section. And look at the nice contrast of color that it gives us. So these are the little touches I like to add to my desserts because it makes them look so much nicer and look how how easy it is. Even someone like me can make this look nice. So we're just going to be doing a light drizzle over the top of the cool whip. Which want to make sure that it doesn't really get on the cakes. We just want these as a topping. And I'm just going to do these for all of our dessert cakes. Look at how nice and easy these look. So I'm so excited to taste these already. I just want to finish decorating them because I'm about to kill like ten of these at least. So it's a nice little touch. So here I cut up some strawberry and you can see that I just sliced them up. We're just going to place these gently on top. We don't want to smash down this this cool whipped topping. So each little dessert cake gets one strawberry. I am so excited to eat this this dessert. If you haven't had these dessert cakes before at the grocery store I highly recommend. They're always just so fluffy and cooked so easily. This last little strawberry is going to be for me. Also parts of cooking the recipes. You can eat just any of the scraps. Okay and these are ready. So I'm just going to try to pick out the most perfect one. I think this one right here. Look at it. And we are just going to take a nice big bite. I don't care if I get a little messy. This is going to be amazing. Oh. This whole whipped topping mixed with the strawberry is so awesome. Mm.

1.9M views · 1K comments | My mom taught me this easy dessert | My mom taught me this easy dessert Kyra makes a peach cobbler dump cake that is perfect for fall. | By Kyra Dawn | Alright, that was my large can of sliced peaches in syrup. That was fun. Okay. Now, we have our dark brown sugar and I'm just going to stick my hands right in here. We're going to put about one cup of brown sugar on here for this delicious and easy recipe. I also drained these peaches so we wouldn't have too much liquid in here. Now, I have some sugar and cinnamon. Just going to sprinkle a nice amount of this all over these peaches. We have a lot of peach is here. So we're going to go in with a nice heavy amount. Now I have some ground cinnamon. This is absolutely essential for this recipe and we're going to put a nice hefty amount. Alright. This is a big dessert. Feeds a big family or a party or you can bring it to church. So we're going to put about three tablespoons of cinnamon on here. Alright? You might think I'm crazy but this is a lot of peaches you guys. Now I have some pure vanilla extract and I'm just going to add about one teaspoon of that or maybe two teaspoons. This is a lot of peaches. Here we go. And then I have my spatula here and I'm just going to mix these peaches together with my brown sugar, my cinnamon sugar, and my cinnamon right in my greased nine by 13 baking dish. You can mix it in a bowl if you prefer but I am lazy and I hate doing dishes. So, I'm mixing it right in my pan and it comes together super quick and easy. Look at that. We're already almost done here, you guys. Oh and it's smells absolutely delicious. If you guys could smell this right now, you need to make this just so you can smell it. Alright. Here we go. Look at how easy that was. It's already all nice and mixed. And this is going to be a twist on a classic. So I have my classic yellow cake mix. My dry cake mix. I'm just going to pour that right on top of these peaches. Because this is a peach cobbler dump cake. Yep. It's not your average peach cobbler, not your average dump cake. It is two in one, baby. Alright, so get that whole box on there. Then, you're just going to flatten it out. You can use your hands. You can use a spatula but make sure your hands are clean if you use your hands, okay? Don't be touching the cake with some dirty hands. Nobody's going to like that. So, just pat all of that down. Try to get those peaches fully covered in your cake mix. It's okay if there's a little bit peeking out on the edges. We'll get some delicious oozing juices coming out. I think we all like juices every now and then. Now we have to put our two sticks of thinly sliced butter on top of our dry cake mix here. This is going to create a beautiful and delicious crust that is just to die for. Oh my gosh. I'm so excited to eat this to show you guys how it's going to come out. Cuz honestly my the crust is one of my favorite parts. About the dump cake. Alright so we're just going to get a whole two sticks of butter on here. Alright and we're just getting our last row of butter on here. I did rows of five because I want mine to be super buttery. Oh yeah Look at how perfect that looks. That was all we needed to do. This is going in the oven at 350 for about 45 minutes. Oh my gosh you guys. This looks absolutely amazing. So buttery and delicious. I need to just dig right on in. Oh it's so juicy. My gosh. Look how good that looks. Ooh. Those delicious juices. I don't know about you guys but I like the juice. I like it. Alright but we're not done yet because we gotta put up some of our vanilla ice cream on here. I think this goes so perfectly with any dump cakes or cobblers. Stuff is frozen so you really gotta get in there. You know how ice cream works. And then just put the beautiful little scoop on there. You can also do whipped cream if that's what you like but I thought I'd go for some ice cream this time. It's going to help cool it down too 'cuz it is still very hot even though I let it cool down, you know, dump cakes and cobblers stay hot. Ooh, some of that crust. Oh, you have to make this.
