Big Wheels for Big Girls

I've been biking for transport, leisure and pleasure since I was 7. Now I have a custom-build Xtracycle with electric assist kitted for the kids, scored used off craigslist. I still thirst for my ultimate bike--women's step through, upright-ish seating, trail & city compatible, pedal assist, light, fenders, chainguard, basket & rear rack for hauling gear, solid enough to haul children, cargo, etc, at least 5 gears, and the cherry would be an internal drivetrain.
