Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Pat dry. 2. Mix the chickpeas with maple syrup, pb powder, and cocoa powder. 3. Lay on a baking sheet (I used silpat to prevent sticking.) 4. Bake at 425F for 20-25 minutes. Let cool. 5. One cup of almond butter 1/4 cup of maple syrup Two eggs 1 teaspoon of baking soda Half a teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice seasoning Half a cup of pumpkin spice morsels (white chocolate chips, or regular chocolate chips are also great) mix all ingredients together thoroughly making sure your sweet potatoes properly mashed. Put batter in a standard size muffin tin. The cups will be daily full. bake at 350 for 18 to 22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean."
