Full body stability with upper-body work and emphasis on core strength to maintain a straight body, tight core, and holding perfect plank position during movements. Plank walks - assume push-up position, walk up bars hand over hand, or regress hand to hand, until reach top range based on strength and progress further as strength increases. Pause at top and return in same controlled fashion to start. Regress by only using lowest bars. Feet up plank shoulder tap - position feet on bars at height, lower regresses the movement, no higher than allowing body to be parallel to the floor. Regress by holding feet-up plank position for desired time before trying shoulder taps.
