We chose the desert because it’s where we live 🌵 Gather pieces of cardboard the same length Trace out a layer of the landscape on each piece of cardboard Cut the layers out Arrange them from front to back. Ideally the pieces should get smaller as you work your way to the top Choose a color for the background and paint Each time you move to a new layer, add a drop of black paint so that the color gets gradually darker Your last (top) layer should be the darkest Glue your pieces together and add a sun if you would like Stand back and admire your painting. I did the cutting and helped with adding the drop of black to the paint.
