selling it at HomeGoods for seventy-nine ninety-nine. So, I
went to Target. I got six pool noodles. They were a dollar
each and then, I cut them into various sizes. Then, you just
want to take a box cutter and cut out the center of one end
of the pool noodle so you can fit a battery-operated tea
light. Then, I take my hot glue gun and go and Place all your
different size pool noodles and glue them onto a piece of
cardboard. Then I take the hot glue gun and I'm going around
and making it look like wax is dripping off the candles. You

creepy so I got these pool noodles from the Dollar Tree
and then I made the holes in the side of them bigger. Then I
attached them at one end to a wooden base. Once I had them
all in place I got out my hot glue gun. And I started just
stripping glue on them and giving them extra texture. Then
I grabbed a can of black spray paint and I started covering
the whole thing in black. I got my E 6000 out and I got these
little hands from the Dollar Tree for 125 and I attached
them. Once those were attached to the side, I had these little
black battery-powered tea lights which I also found at
the Dollar Tree. I lit those up.
