People treat you how you let them

I wish I lived by this quote a long time ago, their comes a point in your life when you think why do people treat me the way they do, but when you think about it, it's you, if you stood up for your self and show them it's not right, and not tolerate it then they wouldn't treat you like that because you wouldn't allow it. Note to future self, only let people treat you how you want to be treated, and if they won't treat you that way, just walk away...

Treat people how they treat you. You'll notice a change in their actions

Take no shit. If somebody wrongs you, don’t just sit back and let it happen. People will treat you the way you allow them to treat you. If you continually roll over, they’ll continue to roll over you. Whether it’s work, a relationship, or simply your everyday life — if somebody doesn’t treat you right — do something about it. Now, as a female, you’ll probably be called a “bitch” every time you defend yourself, but guess what, it’s better to be a bitch than a victim.
