Ingredients, 3 Russet potatoes 1/4 cup heavy Cream 3 tablespoons Sour cream 2 tablespoons Butter 1/2 bunch Green onions sliced 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese - grated 5 strips Bacon 2 teaspoons Salt 1 teaspoon Black pepper 2 tablespoons olive oil Method; Rinse your potatoes under cold running water. Preheat oven to 400f. Place potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Using a fork carefully make several holes through the skin of your potatoes.
