Arina Kysh on Instagram: "Delicious and ready in 30 minutes 🥐 Take some puff pastry, thaw and roll it out slightly. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in 8 equal strips. Roll them up like you would a cinnamon roll. Place in a greased muffin pan. Bake at 375 for 30-35 mins. Once cool enough to handle roll in some cinnamon sugar. Makes 12 cruffins 2 sheets of puff pastry Almond Filling: 80 g almond flour 1 egg 40 g soft butter 45 g sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp almond extract Combine all of the almond filling ingredients together. Spread the filling onto both sheets of puff pastry. Cut into 6 strips from each sheet and then roll them up cinnamon roll style. Arina Kysh on Instagram: "the easiest lazy girl’s cream horns 🤍 1 sheet puff pastry 1 egg for egg wash 100g heavy whipping cream 25- 50 g powdered sugar (depending on your preference of sweetness) 1/2 tsp vanilla slightly roll out 1 sheet of puff pastry cut into 9 equal squares brush with egg wash and bake in 350 F preheat oven for 20-25 mins until golden brown while puff pastry is baking , whisk together the whipped cream ingredients once puff pastry is golden, remove from oven and let cool once cooled, pull puff pastry squares apart in half like shown in video pipe whipped cream on bottom half of puff pastry square and top with top half sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!"
Arina Kysh on Instagram: "Cinnamon Bun Snowflake dough: 300 ml warm milk 10 g active dry yeast 50 g sugar 1 egg 80 g melted butter 550-600 g flour pinch of salt filling: 150 g soft butter 150 g brown sugar 2 tbsp cinnamon egg wash -combine warm milk with yeast and a pinch of sugar from the total amount, let’s stand until bubbly for about 10 minutes -add in the rest of the dough ingredients and need by hand or with stand mixer with the dough hook attachment until a smooth dough forms -place in a large bowl and let proof for two hours or until doubled or even tripled in size -combine all the filling ingredients to form a paste -section the dough into three parts -roll out the first section of dough into a large circle -top with half of the cinnamon butter filling -roll out the second sec
Arina Kysh on Instagram: "Cinnamon Pecan Palmiers ✨ 2 sheets or 1 package of puff pastry 200 g brown sugar 100 g pecans 1 tbsp cinnamon Pulse the brown sugar, pecan and cinnamon in a food processor and few times until fine but still has come chunks. Pour out 1/4 of the nut mixture onto parchment paper. Lay a sheet of puff pastry on top. Press the puff pastry into the nut mixture, then top with another 1/4 of the nut mixture. Press it in well. Fold the puff pastry as shown in the video. Repeat with the second sheet of puff pastry. Let’s chill in the fridge for 20 mins. Preheat oven to 375 F. Cut the puff pastry rolls into approximately 12 pieces. Bake for 25-30 mins. Optionally you can brush with a simple syrup after you take the palmiers out of the oven. #puffpastry #puffpastry
