15min · 1 serving Labneh Board! A little twist on the viral #butterboard which I still love…but my little Syrian heart is loving the labneh twist 🥹. All the toppings are to taste…here is the list though! Ingredients: • 1 cup labneh. • pomegranate seeds. • za’atar. • chives. • toasted pinenuts. • high quality olive oil. • dried mint (go light). • flaky salt (generous with it). •lemon zest. Directions: • 1.- spread a touch of labneh on the board and top with parchment paper. • 2.- swirl the labneh all over the board, drizzle olive oil, add the lemon zest & za’atar/mint. • 3.- top with pinenuts, chives and pom seeds. • 4.- enjoy with pita.

How to Make a Butter Board
5min · 12 servings 1 pound unsalted or sea salted butter (room temperature) • 1/3 cup raw pistachios, roughly chopped • 1/3 cup raw walnuts, roughly chopped • 3 Tablespoons honey • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon sea salt flakes to taste Preheat the oven to 350° F. • On a sheet pan, arrange the walnuts and pistachios in a single layer. Bake for 4-5 minutes or until fragrant. Set aside to cool. NOTE: Use pre-roasted nuts to skip this step completely. • Spread room temperature butter in a single later on a large serving board. Top with the roasted nuts, cinnamon, honey, and salt. • Serve immediately with toasted ciabatta bread or a crusty bread of choice. •
