Add to a blender. 2️⃣ Lightly toast 6 chiles de arbol (don’t burn them!) and add to the blender with 2 1/2 cups water and chicken bouillon to taste. Remove the stems and seeds from the chile guajillo and puya. Add to the pot and cover for 10 mins until rehydrated. Remove from the water and add to a blender with the onion, garlic, oregano, chicken bullion and water. Make sure to use fresh water. The water from the chile can make it bitter. Blend until smooth. In a large pan over low/medium heat add a little bit of oil. Strain the sauce over the pan and simme
