As a Realtor, one of the biggest decisions I’ve ever had to make in the business was whether or not I would wear my Afro or hide it. So many times, as Black Women, we’ve been taught that our hair is not professional, even by our parents who were taught by theirs, etc. I’m hoping to change the narrative. This is what a Businesswoman looks like. This is professional.
