Moon Milk Recipe
Ingredients: 1 cup milk of your choice (whole, almond, coconut, etc.) 1/2 teaspoon ground ashwagandha powder 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger A pinch of ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon coconut oil 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness) Instructions: In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium-low heat until it's warm but not boiling. Once the milk is hot, whisk in the ashwagandha powder, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Simmer the mixture for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure the spices are well combined. Add the coconut oil and stir until it's melted and incorporated. Remove from heat and pour into a mug. If desired, add honey or maple syrup to sweeten the drink. Stir well before drinking to ensure all ingredients are fully mixed.
