We're taking one bag of iceberg lettuce, alright? Or whatever, iceberg lettuce salad. Alright, I have some colorful cherry tomatoes. We're putting those right here. I cut em in half and that's it. Alright, y'all. We also have some cut up red onion. Imma take like, I don't know, about that much. I think that's good, maybe a little more. I like red onion. I think it's delicious. Alright, y'all. Now, we're using some chicken. So, for this recipe y'all, I'm using some canned chicken but I'm using this natural kind. Y'all can use whatever kind of chicken you like, alright? If you want to use rotisserie chicken, chicken breast, go ahead but this is what I'm using. Two cans of canned chicken. We're making a delicious, easy salad. Y'all are going to love this, alright? So, now we have bacon. Uh this is some bacon I cut. I cooked and cut up. So, we're going to put this in here as well. So, this is a delicious, easy chopped salad. Y'all are going to absolutely love this. Fred, don't this look good? Mm hmm. Looks beautiful, right? Mm hmm. Yup. Good. Good. Alright. So, now y'all we have this is some cooked pasta. This was a half cup of dry pasta that I cooked. Alright, so we're putting this in here. We're using all of it. Just like so. Alright, I'm trying to get it out. I cooked it last night so that's why it's sticking a little but that's okay. Alright, y'all. It's going to be a delicious salad. Y'all are going to love this. Alright. Next, I have five ounces of feta cheese. Alright. So, I'm going to put the feta cheese right here. And then we also going to use blue cheese, four ounces. Again, y'all, do what makes you happy. Use what you want. You don't have to use what I'm doing. There's no rules said you have to do exactly what I do alright do what makes you happy if you don't like blue cheese leave it out if you like it add more do whatever you want okay so this is a copycat recipe from this this fast food restaurant outside of Chicago called Portillo's and it's a delicious salad y'all alright so we're going to move this to the side I make this for I'm making this for the Super Bowl party I make I make this all the time it's great so now we have a little cup right here what we going to do we have some Hidden Valley Ranch alright so we're going to put a cup of ranch right on in here. About a half cup. Alright. Now, y'all we also going to put in a half some balsamic vinaigrette. We put a half cup of this in. Yes, we mixing these dressings, alright? Half cup. There we go. Perfect. So, now y'all we gotta give this a little mixy mixy. Mixy mixy, mixy, mixy. Mix the dressings, mixy, mixy. That's a new remix of my song. Uh have you all ever had this salad? Let me know if you have but yeah, this I actually had this posted on my page before but it was like I filmed it on a tripod and I don't think Facebook like that so I just decided to redo it because y'all really liked it. So, here we go. Half ranch, half balsamic vinaigrette. Alright, y'all. So, now the fun part. I mean, I guess it's all fun. The fun part is eating it but we're going to pour this right on top, alright? Right on top. Of our ingredients. Alright, y'all. There we go. Okay? So now, we gotta give it a mix. We got toss this salad. Delicious, easy chopped salad. Every time I make this y'all, my whole plate's gone, okay? Every time I make it. So, that's it. Y'all going to love it. I promise. In a bowl, thinly slice 1 cucumber, red onion, grape or cherry tomatoes. Now, add feta cubes. Dress with 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tsp salt, ground black pepper, and 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil. Mix well before serving."

I share my easy salad trick for weekday lunches. | By Justine Kameron | Alright, that was just my romaine lettuce head that I cut up. We're going to go ahead and put that right into our bowl just like so. Move that to the side. Now, I'm bringing in my 20ounce plastic cups. I have here some Olive Garden Light Italian dressing and we are going to pour some of the dressing right at the bottom of our cups just like so. This is my favorite dressing because it's delicious but it's a little light on the calories. Next, I have some grape tomatoes that we're just going to plop right in there with that dressing. It's okay if they get, they try to wander off. Just pick em up and right in that dressing. After our tomatoes, we're coming in with some diced cucumber and I'm just going to use my hands. They are clean and we're going to do a nice layer of our cucumber right on top of our grape tomatoes. This is the best hack for your to-go lunches. I love doing this at the beginning of the week and then having them for lunch all week long. This is about half a cucumber that I diced up and we're going to use this whole thing just evenly spread it out among our four cups. Delicious. Alright, I have three hard-boiled eggs that are already peeled. In my little mini manual food processor and we're going to go ahead and cut up these eggs just like so you want them to be nice and crumbled. We want egg crumbles. Okay, let's go ahead and open that up. Oh, that looks beautiful. Now, we're going to go ahead and put our egg crumbles right in there, a nice layer. Now, I have some shredded sharp cheddar. This is the Tillama cheese and we're going to put a layer of our cheese on top of our egg just like so. We're eating some beautiful layers in our cups. You can use whatever cheese you like. I'm kind of going for a cob salad kind of deal but you'll see why this is so much fun. Help for some more protein. I have some crumbled bacon bits and this one we can kind of just sprinkle on in there. Oh, this is going to be do if you wanted to keep it vegetarian you totally can but I love bacon bits who doesn't love bacon especially with some cheddar just get nice beautiful layer in there this is going to be delicious Perfect. Also love some chicken in my salad. So we're going to go ahead and add some shredded chicken in there. Just like so. Just a few pieces here and there. We're almost done. This is so easy. So delicious. Just a few ingredients for your meal prep. And you have the best lunch ever. Alright we're finishing these off with that romaine lettuce that we chopped up. And we are going to fill this to the brim with our romaine lettuce just like so. Alright. Now we're almost done. These look so amazing. So easy. Perfect for lunch time. Just make sure we have all of our lettuce in there. Now these cups did come with some lids. So we're going to go ahead and pop our lids right in there just like so. We have those little spoon holes and we just put our to go forth right in there. Just like that. Oh, it's so cool. So easy. So convenient. You just pop these in your fridge and you can grab and grow whenever you need. Look at that and the dressing is on the bottom so that your lettuce doesn't get soggy but those tomatoes get nice and marinated. It looks amazing. Taste amazing. Let's go ahead and give this a try. Alright, we got our bowl here. We take our lid off with our fork just like so. Whoop. And then See what I'm doing here? A perfectly dressed salad.
