Myasthenia G: Nutrition

It can be difficult to chew or swallow when you have Myasthenia. It can also be physically difficult to prepare nutritious meals. I'm sharing some nutritious recipes and prepared foods that are soft to chew and easy to fix. These aren't pinned willy nilly, they're things I have made or know will work for me. I'm striving to make my diet better! If I plan and rest and have a good MG day, a crockpot meal makes enough food so I don't have to cook again for days.
