Ingredients: 1 lb steak, sliced ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning 2 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 12 oz fettuccine, cooked Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) Instructions: Season steak and shrimp with Cajun seasoning. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear steak until desired doneness; set aside. In the same skillet, cook shrimp until pink; remove and set aside. Add garlic to the skillet, sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until creamy. Toss in cooked fettuccine, then top with steak and shrimp. Garnish with parsley if desired.
