Senior executives of the NEON team from across the globe gathered once again for the Leadership Meeting 2024, which took place from 28 to 30 October 2024 in vibrant Singapore. This gathering was a unique opportunity for our global team to not only connect and align strategies but also to immerse themselves in some of Singapore’s most dynamic attractions, with the highlight being a visit to the site of our upcoming experience, Harry Potter: Visions of Magic at Resorts World Sentosa. In addition to these inspiring visits, our global leaders also partook in intensive discussions and productive dialogues in the NEON auditorium located within our Singapore office. The team members from around the world celebrated our achievements of 2024 and aligned our ambitious plans for the upcoming year, paving the way for growth through exciting projects, innovative partnerships, and promising collaborations on the horizon. Following the invigorating discussions during the day, the team was well rewarded with the exceptional dining experiences in the evenings that ensued. At HORTUS, nestled within Gardens by the Bay, the team enjoyed exquisite canapés and pours that celebrated the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean. In September, we had the pleasure of hosting a group of lecturers from Singapore Polytechnic (SP) at Impressions of Monet @ Gardens by the Bay!   It was an exciting day for NEON and the lecturers from the Diploma in Integrated Events & Project Management (DEPM) and Diploma in Facilities Management (DFM) programs, as our team shared some exclusive insights with them on the creative processes behind the scenes that brought the Impressions of Monet experience to life.   Beyond this, we also gained valuable perspectives from the lecturers on current educational trends. Both parties exchanged ideas and learned from each other’s areas of expertise, opening a two-way dialogue on how educational and industry standards can be elevated through similar engagements.   As we look to the future, fostering relationships with education institutions like SP paves the way for potential internship partnerships, collaborative projects, and continued knowledge sharing!   #neon #GetCloser #SingaporePoly #ThankYou

NEON’s Executive Chairman & Group CEO, Mr. Ron Tan and the management team visited Egypt last week and together with His Excellency Mr. Dominic Goh, Singapore’s Ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt, the team met up with His Excellency Mr. Sherif Fathy, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities of Egypt and Dr. Mohamed Ismail, Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities of Egypt. The parties exchanged insightful conversations on the global success of Ramses & the Gold of the Pharaohs and had exciting discussions on potential new projects in alignment to showcasing the beauty and allure of ancient Egypt to people from all over the world. The NEON team also met up with Captain Mohamed Elyan, the Chairman & CEO of Egyptair Airlines, and his key executives for discussions on potential partnerships. And of course, it was a joyous reunion with Dr. Zahi Hawass once again, as the team reconnected with the world-renowned Egyptian archaeologist and Egyptologist over scrumptious meals and meaningful dialogues. Before departing the Land of the Pharaohs, the team had the opportunity to go on an exclusive tour of the Grand Egyptian Museum prior its soft opening slated end of this year, and to experience first-hand, the antiquity and architectural grandeur of this specular museum.
