Qizha (in [[Arabic: قزحة, like: Kiz-ha) is a is a Syrian and Palestinian semolina cake. It is made from Semolina flour flavored with "Nigella seeds Butter", sugar, eggs, baking powder, Olive oil, Lemon juice, and pine nuts.
This is a dessert to bake all ingredients can be combined and mixed into the same bowl before transferring it to a greased pan and baked. This cake is especially famous even in the Northern Israel and Nazareth area. The technique for making this cake is the same as making a baklava.
