An election happened on November 3, 2020 to elect a Senator from the U.S. state of Colorado . The main two people in the election were Cory Gardner (Republican Party ) and John Hickenlooper (Democratic Party ). Hickenlooper won the election and became Senator. Gardner was Senator before the election.[ 1]
Primary elections happened on June 30, 2020.[ 2] [ 3] In the Republican Party primary, nobody went against Cory Gardner. There were two people in the Democratic Party primary election: John Hickenlooper and Andrew Romanoff . Hickenlooper won this primary. There was also a primary for the Libertarian Party between Raymon Doane and Gaylon Kent. Doane won this primary.
