Ann C. Frank Lewis (born December 19, 1937) is an American Democratic Party strategist and communicator. Lewis was the White House Communications Director in the Clinton administration from 1997 to 1999.
Lewis was co-chair for Jewish Women for the Hillary Clinton 2016 presidential campaign.[1]
