I had this project in mind for a long time and I’m so happy I was able to make the time for it . Definitely a lot of work but the drying time was the time consuming part of it . I wanted to create texture and movement for these lights and coloratelier lime paints did the trick . I did use an acrylic primer prior to my lime wash application. The hardware is listed on my LTK or you can also go to my highlights “diy pendant lights “ and find all the products used there . I am also using LED💡 so no much heat is produce by this bulbs you can touch them even after being on for hours . I don’t consider this project to be a fire hazard at all and on top of that I cover the paper mache

Adding the tongue-and-groove boards on the walls brought so much charm—still one of my favorite features to this day. It also saved us a lot by installing this instead of extending the marble backsplash throughout. Paired with the brick wall on the opposite side, I just love the mix of materials. Another favorite has to be our pantry. It used to be a junk closet we never used, but when we remodeled the kitchen and opted for no upper cabinets, we knew we’d need the extra storage. Converting that closet into a beautiful, colorful pantry was the best solution, and it’s been a game-changer for us!
