Guaranteed, you will die for this one. Your salad is only as good as the dressing, so save this one! Shallot sherry vinaigrette: 1/2 c olive oil (I used @getgraza ) 1/4 c sherry vinegar (I use @ooliveoilandvinegar ) 1 small shallot, finely diced 2 tbsp honey mustard Salt and pepper Shake to mix. It’s the one dish that always finishes and that I can never make enough of. The dressing is great to keep in the fridge and enjoy with anything, you will end up drinking it it’s so good ! Consider this yours, or treat is as a trusty template for other types of salad dressings: Instead of smooth Dijon, swap in whole grain mustard for added texture. Replace the maple syrup with granulated sugar or honey. Add a dash of dried oregano, za’atar, an Italian seasoning blend, or other Mediterranean-leaning dried herbs. And, if you’re not in a red wine vinegar mood, the acid is interchangeable, be it white wine vinegar, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, or apple cider vinegar. Whatever you do, do not reduce the salt.
