SAVE THIS POST so you have it handy when you’re ready to make it! Ingredients: A loaf of Private Selection Croissant Bread (I used Cinnamon) 6 large eggs 2 cups whole milk 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted 1 cup blueberries Powdered sugar for dusting Maple syrup for serving Grease a 9x13 dish Cut bread into squares and place into dish In a large bowl add eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Mix together and pour over bread. Use a spatula to press bread into mixture making sure it’s all coated.

Jennifer Amicis on Instagram: "Try making this breakfast casserole for the holidays this year. Nothing makes your morning go more smoothly than having breakfast prepared and ready to go. So I made this casserole the night before. Start by breaking up 4 croissants and adding a handful of blueberries into a 9” round baking dish. Then in a separate bowl add 4 eggs and 1 c of eggnog. Whisk until mixed. Pour over the croissants. Sprinkle the top with brown sugar. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 375 and bake for 35-40 mins. When done, dust the top with powdered sugar. Merry Christmas 🎄"
