FORMULAS:
👉🏼 ROOT MELT: @schwarzkopfusa Igora Vibrance 6-0 and 7-65 equal parts with 6 volume lotion developer (I usually match the natural level with the root melt so that I can fully erase the line of demarcation)
👉🏼 MIDS & ENDS: @schwarzkopfusa Igora Vibrance 30 grams of 9,5-47 (this is the new shade and it’s SO GOOD!) and 10 grams of 7-65 with 6 volume lotion developer

🔥 BONUS TIP: I apply this on DAMP hair, and it makes SUCH a difference. Water is a natural porosity equalizer and really really helps things to blend seamles Level 7 Hair Color, Igora Vibrance, Root Melt, Stop Overthinking, Level 7, Warm Blonde, Hair Color Techniques, Color Techniques, Balayage

Of course I started with #metaldetox - this will neutralize any metals in the hair to create a safe canvas to paint on top of! It’s so easy to use, just mist it on in sections. No down time. I painted with @lorealpro #blondstudio 8 with 40 volume. I like my ratio 1 scoop to 2oz of developer. I glossed with #dialight 10.01 with 9 Volume. 🍯 Things to remember when balayaging: - never let go of tension - keep your brush on its side - saturation is important to get the right amount of lift. You shouldn’t be able to see thru the lightener - open air is less aggressive - your section shouldn’t be wider than your✌🏻sign #loreal Blonde Hair At Home, Diy Balayage, Baylage Hair, Blonde Hair With Roots, Lowlights Blonde, Color Video, Balayage Blond, Hair Halloween, Never Let Go

Emily Chen on Instagram: "A throwback to one of my favorite little hacks for blending hairline greys. It’s super easy & allows for subtle coverage WITHOUT creating any regrowth/demarcation lines. We went with a level 7 gold-neutral in this scenario because the majority of her hair is highlighted blonde. But I know some of you might be wondering if you can use a darker shade of Demi to blend grey on your non-highlighted brunettes, and the answer is YES. For those scenarios, I like using a Demi 1-2 levels lighter than their natural base. Emily Chen on Instagram: "I’ve literally been waiting 7 months to post this 🙌 My gorgeous client here started her demi journey with me in November of last year. She was sick of constantly seeing a harsh line of demarcation - which would be noticeable at her hairline in just 2 weeks of being colored! Today, she can go about 2 months in between visits (she used to go monthly), and her regrowth line is MUCH more subtle. Here’s what we did over the last 7 months to get her to where she is now:
