Here are the steps: 1. Clean the bottom leaves only.  2. Line up the tulip heads in a straight line.  The trick: organize them neatly, following the curve of each tulip to face outward. Watch how it’s done  3. Stack them into a pyramid.  4. Grab them all together and tie with a clear rubber band (once around) 5.
