Mung Dal/ Mung Bean Chila

Pesarattu: this power packed breakfast Chila/ dosa/ savory crepe is one of my favorite breakfasts. This is a classic Andhra breakfast and is extremely nourishing and delicious. I make many variations of this and today I'm sharing a very simple recipe with Spinach and ginger. 
Recipe below.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Mung Beans 
1 tbsp brown Rice
Salt to taste 
Small piece of Ginger 
Green Chillies to taste
Hand full of cleaned and washed Spinach leaves
1/2 Cup water
METHOD:
-Soak Mung Dal and Rice overnight.
 -Next morning wash it and transfer to a blender with all ingredients 
-Blend to a fine paste
-Heat a skillet, brush with oil and pour the batter. Cook until crisp.
