What you need will depend on your mission. My setup has changed over the last 3 years. I run a mostly spiritus rig. The modularity was important to me. Key design points: 6x internal 5.56 pockets and 2x pistol mag sized elastic pockets. 7 columns of laser cut molle. Various center closure options. I built mine up with: 2x Cloutac medium large GP pouches (velcro lined for admin org stuff) 1x ATS tall GP pouch (fits a nalgene) 2 columns wide 1x mini direct action pouch 1x small Military Loadout, Community Leadership, Battle Belt, Edc Bag, Direct Action, Tactical Equipment, Chest Rig, Training Gear, Military Gear
