It is so easy to make with only 2 ingredients! 🍫

What is Chocolate Ganache?
It is a mixture of chocolate and cream that is stirred to create a smooth, shiny and creamy emulsion and occasionally butter, corn syrup or glucose syrup can be added. 

You can prepare this recipe either in the microwave or on the stove top! I have used 46% non dairy couverture chocolate but you can use a higher percentage of dark chocolate. 🍫

You asked for it so here it is - It’s so simple! 

Just heat the cream and stir the chocolate through till it’s melted - it’s that easy! 

For the consistency I use to ice my cakes and have it set nice and firm this is what I do…

🍫 For white chocolate I do a 1:4 ratio
1 part cream to 4 parts white chocolate.

🍫 For milk chocolate I do a 1:3 ratio
1 part cream to 3 parts milk chocolate.

If you want a runnier drizzle or just softer ganache then you can play around with less chocolate to cream. If it goes hard when you are using it just pop it in the microwave to soften and give it a whisk and it should all come back together to a good consistency to work with.
