Meredith Shirk & Svelte Training - Take your mornings to the next level with this Pineapple Ginger Shot! 🍍 Super easy to make your own wellness shots at home that will be cheaper, and way more delicious! ⚡⚡ This recipe makes about 2 cups worth! 📲 Save this recipe for later! 📲 Ingredients: ➖ 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed (you could also sub for pineapple juice) ➖ 1 cup coconut water ➖ 2 tbsp fresh ginger, minced ➖ 1/2 lemon, juiced (about 2-3 tbsp) ➖ 2 tsp fresh turmeric, minced ➖ Sprinkle of pepper (this boosts the absorption by 2000%) ➖ 1-2 tbsp local honey (optional, adds more sweetness) Directions: Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender.
