i’ve been wearing my oura ring for about 7 months now, so i figured it’s time to share a full review, especially because i get asked about it all the time! if you haven’t heard of it - the oura ring is a smart ring that measures your sleep, fitness, & recovery. you wear it on your pointer finger 24/7, except when it’s charging. & it connects to a mobile app, so instead of having a screen attached to your hand like the apple watch, all the info just gets sent automatically to the app.
