Ingredients:
1 cup raspberries
1 cup of plant based milk (I used almond milk)
1 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used honey)
4 tbsp @gardenoflife Raw Organics Chia Seeds
1/4 cup of sugar free dark chocolate
1 tsp of coconut oil

Directions:
      1.    Blend raspberries with plant based milk.
      2.    Add chia seeds, sweetener and mix.
      3.    Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
      4.    Microwave dark chocolate and coconut oil until melted (usually takes about 60 seconds).
      5.    Top with melted dark chocolate and freeze for about 10 minutes or until chocolate has hardened." This is such a delicious, healthy way to use up some chia seeds. Seriously tastes like chocolate mousse, and it’s so nourishing! A fun twist on the classic chia pud!👌🏼

2 cups plant milk
2/3 cups chia seeds
1/2 cup cacao
1/3 cup maple syrup/rice malt syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions
Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Adjust sweetness as needed,
Transfer to bowls or a container and place in the fridge for a couple of hours to set or you can leave overnight.
