WOW! This was tasty! We have been trying to get more fish in our diet and I am a HUGE fan of lemon. I saw this recipe in the South Beach Diet cookbook and I had to try it. This dish is virtually carb free. It was just amazing. So lemony and the capers just burst with flavor. I loved it and so did Scott. I broiled one piece of salmon and grilled another piece. Ingredients: 
(2 person)

•Salmon 10.5oz / 300 g
•Pasta 12oz / 340 g 
•Butter 0.7oz / 20 g
•A little extra virgin olive oil
•Heavy cream 7oz / 200 ml
•Zest of one lemon
•Grated Parmesan 1oz / 30 g
•Capers 10-15 pcs
•Fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste

This is not an authentic Italian recipe! This is my cooking style 😅I am writing in advance so that the Italians do not worry 🫶

👌Be sure to cook the pasta in advance until al dente.
♨️The salmon is cut into cubes and pan-fried in butter and olive oil. Cook the salmon very quickly over high heat for 1-2 minutes.
