Ingredients:
1 English cucumbers
5 oz tuna, drained (142g)
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (85g) or 1/4 cup mayonnaise (60g)
2 tbsp red onion, diced
1/4 cup celery diced (40g)
1 tbsp capers or pickles, chopped
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped + for garnish
salt & pepper to taste
optional: hemp/sesame seeds for garnish

Directions:
1. Slice cucumber in half. With a small spoon, scoop out the seeds of the cucumber, creating a boat.
2. Add everything to a bowl and mix until well combined.
3. Scoop tuna salad into the cucumber boats. Garnish with more dill and seeds if desired.
