Check out this project currently in progress! Shoutout to our AMAZING team that raised a really huge cool beam by hand! The placement prevented us from using a mechanical assist. We arranged for eight guys to be onsite at the same time to put two microlam beams on either side of steel flitch plate and lift it into place! Great job, everyone! 👏

Samantha Ferris, Design Consultant
Samantha graduated in 2010 with a BFA in Interior Design. Since she has been specializing in plumbing and bathroom design. She is excited to bring her experience and passion for interiors to the J.S. Brown team. She believes aesthetics and functionality go hand-in-hand. Samantha now lives in Sunbury with her husband and two young children. Outside of work she enjoys time laughing with friends, doing CrossFit, teaching Pure Barre, and traveling with her family.

Tom Rechsteiner, Carpenter
Tom has over 38 years of experience in construction, beginning with 7 years of building/framing custom high-end homes, and 29 years of all phases of remodeling from top to bottom, and some union work. Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his 3 children and their spouses as much as possible. He also enjoys hiking, camping, anything outdoors, and spends a lot of time working on projects in his home and his parents’ home.

Chris Conard has over 20 years of experience in construction, including 15 he spent as a framer for custom homes in central Ohio. In his spare time, Chris enjoys kayaking and spending time with friends and family.

Tony lives in Ohio with his wonderful wife Kelly, 5 children and 2 four-legged kids. He is also the founder and President of Rockin' Out Cancer, a 501C3 organization.
