Add 1 ½ to 2 lbs of beef stew meat (or boneless chuck roast, cut up) to your slow cooker. 2. Add 1 cup beef broth, ½ cup soy sauce, ⅓ cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp oil, and 3 minced garlic cloves. I think it had to do with the type of raviolis I used, makes a difference. I used mini cheese raviolis. The exact brand is: MAMA ROSIES - mini cheese round raviolis (24 oz). . First, brown & season 1lb of ground beef. Next, you’re going to need a 24 ounce jar of your favorite pasta sauce. Add a layer of it to the bottom of the crockpot. You may want to spray the crockpot just a little so nothing sticks. Next is a layer of some of the raviolis. Next, a layer of some of the ground beef - then a layer of mozzarella cheese (about 1 cup of cheese per layer). Repeat these steps again. Thats it! Cook on low for 3-4 hours. . TACO CHICKEN: You can use 2, 3, 4 chicken breasts depending on how much chicken you need. I usually make two large chicken breasts and still have leftovers. Add a packet of taco seasoning & a jar of your favorite salsa (16oz). Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours - whenever it’s very easy to shred with two forks, it’s done. I usually make a mini cheese quesadilla for my kid’s meals with this and a some corn on the cob. My husband and I put it on taco salads - if you make those, don’t forget the crunchy wonton strips, the best! . GARLIC & BUTTER STEAK BITES: You’ll need around 2lbs of beef stew meat & 1 ish pounds of baby potatoes. You’ll also need garlic, butter and seasoning. . Add the beef stew meat to the crockpot. Season it all with whatever seasonings you like. Push it all over to one side and add the potatoes to the other. Top with 3 cloves of chopped garlic and 5 tablespoons of butter (sliced & spread evenly around the crockpot). Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the beef is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
