Keto Diet | Keto Meal | Keto Tips on Instagram: "I made tomato basil soup yesterday but was missing something, so I made cheesy garlic & parsley biscuits (Soup + Biscuit = LOVE AT FIRST BITE) Biscuit: 2 large eggs, 2tbs cottage cheese or sour cream, 2tbs melted butter, 1C almond flour, ½tsp baking pwdr, ¼tsp pink salt, 1C shredded cheddar cheese Glaze: 2tbs melted butter, ½tsp garlic pwdr, ½tsp dried parsley, ⅛tsp pink salt. Instructions: Preheat oven or air fryer to 400deg. (Line cookie sheet with parchment). For biscuits: In small bowl whisk the eggs, cottage cheese or sour cream and butter, set aside. Combine all the ingredients above, form them into donut shapes and then coat both sides with more parmesan cheese. 2. Spray air fryer with non-stick spray. 3.
