Ingredients: 5 Egg yolks; 6 Eggs, large; 315 g Bittersweet chocolate; 600 g Castor sugar; 50 g Cocoa; 40 g Cocoa powder; 130 g Plain flour; 2 tbsp Hazelnut oil; 200 g Hazelnuts, toasted; 55 g Butter, unsalted; 1130 ml Double cream; 200 ml Milk; 1 tbsp Hazelnut liqueur; 40g feuilletine; 12g gelatine (about 7 leaves)
