This necklace has special meaning in Buddhist and Hindu traditions. The 2 turquoise resin pendants are double dorje or vajra figures set in Tibetan silver mountings. They represent the Thunderbolt of Enlightenment, as well as the Diamond which is indestructible. The central pendant is a reversible repoussee' pewter bead, handmade in Kathmandu to represent the Lotus.
