A single bite from a Black Mamba can kill up to 20 to 25 grown men. A bite from a Black Mamba is 100% fatal unless anti-venom is given in time. Death can result between 15 minutes and 3 hours depending on the nature of the bite. This involves factors as such as location of the bite, amount of venom injected and penetration of one or both fangs.
