To make the same strawberry clusters mix together: 160g Coconut Yogurt +Protein in strawberry flavour ( I used @cocobella 80g cocobella Coconut Yogurt in vanilla 200g fresh strawberries cut into small pieces 2 tablespoons maple syrup On a baking paper add 2 tablespoons of the mixture to form clusters. Place in the freezer for 2 hours Dip each frozen cluster in melted white chocolate mixed with 1 tablespoons of green matcha powder and sprinkle strawberry powder on top and return to the freezer for 30 minutes. Make coconut sauce, which is 1 cup coconut milk and 1/2 cup sugar +1 tsp salt and adjust to desired sweetness 4.
