AntiSol - 2020-02-12

I hacked these characters into the font using fontforge, but I didn't do bold or italic, and I don't know fontforge well enough to know how to submit a patch. The modified ttf and woff files are available at: https://antisol.org/Junicode-tolkien.ttf and https://antisol.org/Junicode-tolkien.woff
