Notes

Sleumer (1955: 57) listed Homalium propinquum as a synonym of Homalium foetidum (Roxb.) Benth., but type of H. propinquum should be that of Blakwellia spiralis, i.e. Wallich 4897A due to superfluity and illegitimacy per Art. 52 of the ICN (ed. 2012), thus it belongs here (see Applequist 2013: 55).
