(R)-limonen 6-monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.80, (+)-limonen-6-hidroksilaza, (+)-limonenska 6-monooksigenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (R)-limonen,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (6-hidroksilacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (R)-limonen + NADPH + H+ + O2 (+)-trans-karveol + NADP+ + H2O
Reakcija je stereospecifična sa 95% prinosa (+)-trans-karveola iz (R)-limonena.
