Hi! I’m glad you want to learn to make gifs, it’s lots of fun to do and the world needs more gifmakers! This is the tutorial where I first learned; this is a tutorial where I learned again; this is one more tutorial I stumbled across after learning which looks as accurate and detailed as a tutorial can get.

I’m sorry I’m not making into a detailed tutorial– I would genuinely love to, but I don’t have that kind of time in my hands right now and I don’t think I would be adding much to what’s already been explained in detail by the aforementioned tutorials. I doubt he evoked it from his pants though, that seems counterintuitive pfftt. I suspect the animators simply didn’t put that much thought into it / went for the default Rashomon animation style ^^
