These assignments include two that specifically employ the use of visual imagery while the latter two describe assignments where students are required to interview subjects of study. In addition to describing the projects, the rationale, goals, and results of the various assignments are discussed. The author suggests that the use of such projects in the college environment benefits the student in the ability to comprehend the material and forge a deep connection with it.
