週末なので予想通りの行列。雨が上がって良かった。回転は速くて20分くらいでカウンター席に座れました。
ご主人は種田山頭火が好きな自然派。品書きの冒頭には蕎麦粉をはじめこだわりの材料の記述があります。
まずは粗挽きそばがき 1,155円。粗挽きは珍しいので興味津々でしたが、とても美味しかった。最初にカウンターの土佐醤油に付けて食べました。醤油の味が濃いので、塩を出してもらいました。こっちの方が そばがきの味がよく分かります。
せいろ 1,078円。手打ちの良さが伝わってくる蕎麦でした。細身で都会的なスタイルです。つゆは少し辛めですっきり。蕎麦湯は濃いタイプです。
このふたつの比較では 粗挽きそばがきの方を推します。
他にも料理はいろいろありました。蕎麦前に一杯やるのに良さそうです。
和風ですがモダンな造りのお店です。カウンター席は大きい目。器などの焼物にも凝ってる印鑑です。音楽はジャズが流れてました。
