料金は朝夕込みの、シーズン平日の宿泊料金です。

全体的にとても清潔できれいで、高山の古民家の雰囲気も残していて、とてもすてきです。
全て宿泊客は個室で頂きます。
◆注文の流れ
6時から始まるので、離れの食事場に行きます。
◆客層、混み具合
12月平日なのに満室でした。
といっても5部屋しかないので、プライベートで過ごせました。家族やご夫婦が多かったのでは。

奥飛騨温泉郷の新平湯温泉の一角にあります。
12月は雪道を通りました。

温泉うなぎと手作りどうふ
平湯温泉でうなぎをつくっているそうで、香ばしいうなぎと、濃厚な豆腐、甘いねぎ、それをつつむ、うなぎのタレのようなあん。
飛騨サーモンの燻製サラダ
ガラスの容器に蓋され、10秒ほど燻製の時間を待ちます。蓋をあけると、ふわりとチップの薫りが。細切りの大根、脂の乗った飛騨サーモン、ニンニクチップに、特製のポン酢ドレッシングをかけていただきました。
様々な野菜から出汁をとった冬大根のスープ
出汁が味わい深く、本当に美味しいスープでした。
飛騨牛 焼き肉と鍋
びっくりするほどきれいなおにくでした。
他にもありますが、飛騨のお野菜や飛騨牛、川魚などの美味しさを活かしながら、フレンチの要素もあり、器も楽しく、次はどんなの?という楽しみがありました!
食事だけではありませんが、
食後に 夕食のにおいが浴衣にうつるので、とあたらしい浴衣を用意してくださったり、
風呂上がりの無料の牛乳や、アイス、コーヒーなど、
サービスが今まで泊まった宿のどこより心尽くしでした。最後に雪が降ったので、車の雪も落としてくださいました。
