オフ会参加でこちらの
銘酒居酒屋を初訪問。

シュワっと口にひろがる
爽やかな甘みが綺麗なお酒。
お通しの<海老とシラスの
ゆず風味の醤油ゼリーがけ>が
おいしくて、この段階で期待大。
日本酒好きたちはあれやこれやと
魅力のラインナップを物色。
そして、今回選んだのがこちら。

どれも個性的なお酒たちだったが
一番のオキニは、<村祐>。
フルーティな吟醸香、ほんのり甘く
スッと引く、綺麗なのみ口。
絶妙なバランスの逸品だった。
このお店のアテはとにかく
センスがいい。
<刺身 日替り3種盛合せ>。
真鯛、生しらす、しめ鯖。
真鯛、しらすは鮮度高く、
しめ鯖はいい締め具合。
<六三四の燻しポテトサラダ>。
これ、絶対食べてほしい。
いろんな燻製が和えられていて
複雑でいて、楽しいおいしさ。
<長芋と木の子のいか肝炒め>。
一口食べて、
ホワっとくる旨みが凄い。
<白魚の沖漬け>。
ツルッとした食感とさわやかな
味わいが、酒に合う合う。
<チーズのたまり醤油漬け>。
酒に合うかは別として、
この主張の強い、濃厚な旨みの
虜になっちゃいそう。
<炙り味噌(自家製鶏味噌)>。
これも卑怯なほどおいしい。
これだけで何杯もいけちゃいそうな
絶妙なアテ。
<イカの塩辛>。
完全に酒飲みの嗜好を知り抜いた
いい塩梅の塩辛。
いろいろいいお酒呑んだし、
アテも満喫してお代が気になったが
一人あたり4,000円代。
これはコスパいいって
言っていいよね。
